If I could leave zero stars I would. Don’t hire a florist (aka Jeni) who can’t even pay other wedding vendors at her own wedding. Really sad.

Worst experience ever! I ordered flowers for my mother’s 80^th birthday party and when I went to pick them up not only not only were they not ready the designer was not even at the store yet! My mother’s birthday would have been ruined had I not found another florist that came through on such short notice.

Jeni designed the floral arrangements for our centerpieces, bridal and bridal party bouquets. Everything was absolutely beautiful.
I had one meeting with her in advance and provided her with just a couple of pictures and a description of the vibe I was going for that day and I truly feel like she understood and executed that vision perfectly. The flowers were so fresh and colorful and exactly what I hoped for.
In addition to her wonderful work, she was also a very sweet person to work with. She was prompt in her replies to my emails and was always very friendly in the shop. Thanks Jeni!

I used Jeni for my wedding flowers and everything turned out beautiful. Everything was perfect. I got so many complements on all the arrangements. My bouquet was perfect and so were my bridesmaids. My table decorations were so nice. When Jeni came to drop off the flowers, she was so sweet! I can’t thank Jeni enough for how wonderful everything looked.

After visiting tons of flower shops in town and feeling like maybe I should just use a fake bouquet to avoid the hassle, I stumbled upon Jeni’s website. My experience with Jeni was absolutely wonderful. She was VERY accommodating since I was coming in the week before my wedding to get my bouquet, while other places wanted to charge me an upwards of $ 300 for a smaller bouquet, I got EXACTLY what I wanted for almost half of that. She was even willing to customize with different colors of what I needed, I found her to be SUPER helpful. She also did my boutinneres which were exactly what I expected. I have received SO many compliments on my bouquet, and I can not tell you how happy I am. I picked it up the morning of my wedding right as she opened, and I am so glad I used her. Her dog is absolutely adorable as well!

My family and I went to this flower shop and were greeted by a sweet woman (owner’s mom) and two small dogs. The lady was very nice to ask what we wanted and make extra careful attention to read back the directions and what the card should say. She then asked what we were looking for and what we were looking to spend. The experience was great up to that point.
Saturday morning the flowers were to be delivered to my recently passed grandmother’s church before mass. The owner of the shop (Jeni) delivered the flowers 45 minutes late, and Mass had already started so the flowers had to be left outside the doors to the chapel. After mass my mother went to put the arrangements inside and asked where the card was. It was no where insight, so she became emotional seeing as how they were for what would have been my Grandmother’s 97^th birthday. Rather than have compassion, sensitivity, or even a little tact when asked about the card, Jeni became defensive stating she knew the card was in there because she put it in there herself and apparently is non-​human and capable of err. My family went and looked through the parkinglot, the hallways, under the pews, and all over thinking maybe it fell off the arrangement, no where did we find it. Upon calling again my mother asked Jeni to maybe look in the van or at the shop and maybe it was just misplaced or forgotten, rather than entertain an already upset customer, she began denying she could have forgotten it. We may have only spent a hundred dollars on two small arrangements but with service like that, when my wedding comes up or any events where flowers are needed I can surely say I wouldn’t trust a sacred or saddening day to someone who could treat people so heartlessly. If Unilocal would have had negative star ratings I would have gone there… this woman should be ashamed of herself acting so childish and unprofessional not wanting to take any kind of responsibility like she is infallable. So if your looking for a GREAT flower shop… go with the one on Landa… if your looking for rude, unprofessional, argumentative, and unwilling to admit the possibility of a mistake… then Jeni is your florist!
