Worst Dairy Queen ever!!! Didn’t even get acknowledged at the drive thru and had to wait 25 minutes for my order!!! Absolutely terrible, just shut this place down

I have visited many DQs in Texas and this is number one. It is always clean and presentable. The food is cooked and served correctly. The deserts are always good. How can anyone say something bad? I have been here many times. Aaron T., apparently they were busy… why? because they are good! and Sarah P., why only three stars? minus two stars because it was a «small location» yet friendly staff, clean in and out and blizzards as expected?

I have come here twice over the last month. The first time there were 7 cars in the drive through so I decided to go inside. I was the 3rd person in line in the store but there was No One at the counter taking orders. I stood there for 10 minutes. No one ever came to the counter to take orders. I finally just left.
The second time I went at 9 o’clock on a Monday. Not exactly prime time. 8 cars in the drive through. It has taken 25 min for me to get my Blizzard. I don’t know if they are understaffed or what, but I can go to a Chick Fil A or Whataburger that is just as busy and get in and out in 10 min or less.
At the end of the day it isn’t worth waiting this long… even for a delicious blizzard.

CAN’T EVER GET BLIZZARD with a decent amount of goodies. Don’t bother paying for extra goodies cause you’re not going to get them. And blizzards aren’t ever mixed all the way down to the bottom.
On more than one occasion. Asked manager to make it right and still was not mixed.

This was a very small location, looked older but it had a patio with several picnic type tables and a few round 2 seater tables. We only ordered blizzards and they were as expected thick with plenty of oreo pieces. Friendly staff and clean on the inside and out.
