Body Works Collision Center

Came in the shop this morning to get my vehicle fixed and pick up a rental. Hadn’t set up the rental yet before I arrived. Bob hopped on the phone with my insurance, then the rental place and had it all set up for my in less than 5 minutes at 8:00 am. No one is dragging around here. Estimated 3 weeks to get my car fixed. I’ll update my review on pick up. So far, great customer service. Thanks, Bob.

Don’t waste your time here. They promised me an estimate in a couple of hours, but I had to wait two days for them to get back to me. Twice when I called to see if they had forgotten me, I was made to feel like an intrusion on a busy day. Finally they called with a quote for a partial repainting, even though I had told them I wanted the whole car repainted. Their quote for a partial repainting was much, much higher than another body shop’s quote for a whole car repainting. Apparently they have so much business, they don’t feel the need to be attentive to potential customers or to have competitive prices. Shop around outside of New Braunfels, and you will be pleasantly surprised. The shops here are way more expensive than shops we consulted elsewhere.

Randy the owner of this shop does a wonderful job with customer relations. They helped me out with front end and rear end repairs. We had to deal with 2 different insurance companies. Allstate was my insurance company and everything went smooth as possible. However the other insurance company representing the person who hit me and was at fault has been a nightmare to work with and Body Works Collision has done a great job in trying to manage those difficulties. After a few minor errors, my car has been repaired and looks good as new. I highly recommend them for quality auto body repairs.
