Extremely slow. There always seems to be problems from our few encounters with the store in accessing accounts and needing to sit around and wait. People are friendly and trying to help but the overall service is simply very slow. This has really made us rethink our continued service with AT&T even after being a customer since the 1990s.

Worst customer service ever! Went in to ask for help finding a phone case and couldn’t get anyone to help me. The employees were just standing around talking to each other. Then after asking for help and being made to feel like I was inconveniencing them they didn’t really seem to care if they had the case I was looking for. Just blew me off as if my business didn’t matter. Simply rude.

Can’t believe all the bad reviews about this place… I have had my cell phone with AT&T since flip phone days, maybe more, come to think of it, remember when cell phones were the size of a brick? This is the place for all my questions about my iPhone(which drives me crazy) and iPad(which I love). Yes, you may have to wait if it is busy, but the most I ever waited was 15 – 20 minutes, max. Once it was my turn I had their total attention. Workers take their time to answer questions and help you troubleshoot whatever ails your phone. I love the gentleman who greets you as you enter and puts your name on the waiting list. One day he helped figure out what was wrong so I didn’t even need to see one of the salespeople. He has been there since the AT&T store opened and he is really such a sweet guy he brightens my day. This store is very conveniently located at Creekside shopping area by Subway. Parking can get pretty full but I always find a space. The only thing that bugs me is the soft sell for U-Verse. I know that this is just what they have to ask you.

Worst service ever! At&t has lost a new customer. I will stick to the facts and only that. These used car salesman, I mean att sales reps, coninced me that my iphone was the reason I was dropping calls, so, I bought a samsung galaxy 5, and the day after, I had to replace the sim card, now, im on my 3rd sim card and they are now telling me that I have to send phone to.manufacturer. Seriously, they sell me a faulty phone, and tell me it was sim, not once but 3 tines now. They are truly your new used car dealership sales people.

If I could give a zero, they would be sub zero!!! Associate tried to argue with me over the phone I wanted. Trying to tell me all the negatives about it, trying to sway decision to buy the iPhone 5s. Simply because they lose money selling the Amazon fire phone to Amazon employees. Insisted I was not eligible for an upgrade when amazons employees are 100% eligible for an up grade no matter their status with AT&T. David O. Was the associate. Ride and consistently insisted I was wrong. So I went to the For and got everything I wanted and was entitled to as an Amazon employee. Screw the at and t store in new Braunfels! If you are amazon employee, they jack your data plan up by $ 10 per phone(to $ 40 per month) to compensate for the cost of the phone discount. Buy it online and take it to the Forum to active. Plan stays the same!!!

Spare yourselves !!! Customer service at its worst. I took my elderly parents there to get new phones. Once the transaction was finished and they came in with the new phones that were sent to the house … They have poor service and cared more about the next customer commission.
