I hate to say it but if I could I would decrease my star rating. I called and made an appointment for a much needed 1 hour pedicure for a Saturday morning. Upon arriving, myself and 4 other customers were left standing outside the spa for 15 minutes as the entire staff was late. Once finally Inside, the very aloof hostess checked their system and informed me my appointment was not even on the books. There was no manicurist there until 10am and that slot was booked. She made Zero Effort to accommodate me in any way with rescheduling and showed Zero Interest in making their mistake right. Extremely disappointed in this highly rated facility. I will not be returning :(
I did receive a call from the kind receptionist I had originally scheduled my appointment with a genuine and emphatic apology for my experience. She did offer a complimentary pedicure which I declined since I found an outstanding spa at Kuhl River. I wish Rita had been the hostess on Saturday… that would have changed this whole experience.

I am relatively new to the area. One of the most difficult things for me is finding someone I trust to do my hair when I move. I found someone today. I purchased a special on Groupon for this salon — risky for me. I had no recommendation and no referral; so when I called I was at their mercy. Travis was kind, skilled, professional and a good listener. He did a great job with the low lights I wanted and was very skilled with his shears. I have very fine straight hair and it is unforgiving if someone doesn’t know what they are doing or slips. Travis is my new hairdresser. He did exactly what I asked and exceptionally well.

I went here because i bought a groupon special with kathryn. The salon is pretty small but it is very cute. Kathryn did a great job with my hair and took her time to make it look great.

I chose this salon to provide haircuts for my two children. I was sitting in the waiting area when the owner swept through the building to request that all employees drop everything for a quick meeting. Unfortunately this meeting was to address his employees regarding the alleged theft of money. I can understand his urgency and emotional state of mind, but I don’t understand why he felt it was OK to drop a series of F-​Bombs for everyone to hear. The entire store sat there and listened to him yell at his staff with a colorful barrage of language that was not necessary. I am not the confrontational type of person, but instinctively I began to search out my children to remove them from the premise. Simultaneously the staff meeting concluded, and I approached the owner to express my concern for the children. I could tell that he realized what he had done was over the top, but he was too emotional to do the right thing. Apologize! We remained in the building until the job was finished for about 20 minutes. At no point did he approach me to recognize his inappropriate behavior. Sad! Each of our behavior has consequences, and this review is about my only recourse. Obviously we’ll never return to that salon, and we’ll repeat this story within our circle of friends. Sadly, the person that suffers long term as a result of my decision is the sweet girl that did a great job with the haircuts. She was mortified, and does not deserve the loss of revenue as a result of his actions.

Excellent spa pedicure. We had a party of 3 in for spa pedicures (part of a girls night out event). I can’t say enough about how wonderful everyone there was. The ladies doing our pedicures were fun and just added to our wonderful weekend. Our toes were gorgeous and we were nice and relaxed.
I think they should be part of any group of women looking to do a girls night out.

Great location, Allen is a great stylist!

I have been going to Allen Benjamin’s Salon for the last year for nails and hair and LOVE it! All of the stylists are fantastic and creative. They keep up on the latest trends and know just what looks good for someone. They are always willing to go the extra mile and really make everyone feel right at home. I see Ashley for nails (acrylics and pedis) and hair (color, style, Brazilian blowout, etc) and she’s a rock star. So is everyone else… The prices are competitive and you definitely get top notch service for the price. I strongly recommend them for all spa options.
