I am a small business owner here in New Braunfels and I use Access Self Storage to store all of our equipment and trucks. When searching for a safe place to keep my belongings I toured nearly every storage facility in the surrounding area. They were by far the most professional, clean, secure, and affordable. When speaking with Julia, one of the managers, she was very kind and accommodating to my needs and gave us parking spots right next to our storage unit. They even have an emergency number if I needed to bring in one of trucks in after hours. If you were to get a unit anywhere else you would be out of luck and given some corporate number to call, which nobody would answer. Not here. If you need something they are there to help.
In my line of work we see A LOT of storage units and they by far take the cake as the most tidy and secure. From the long line of pink flowers around the perimeter of the building to the keypad that actually works EVERY SINGLE time, you can tell they took thought into the little details.
It’s scary enough having all of your precious belongings away from sight, but if you must, you can count on Access Self Storage for the peace of mind you need.
