Popeye’s

Terrible service. Tried it out a couple of time and the results are the same. Ordered spicy chicken only to be told when got to the window it would 9 mind for my food. They never have spicy chicken ready you are always waiting. Staff is rude. Should’ve told me when I ordered they were out of chicken.

No stars if it was possible. Staff is rude as mess… feel very demeaned when ordering. Do NOT recommend

Not the best Popeye’s I’ve been to. Several flags upon my first visit to this location, one was when I asked to order a family box of chicken strips the lady at the register told me she wasn’t able to input that order because it wasn’t available in their system. At this time I’m looking up at the menu and I see that it’s advertised and I was willing to even pay the full price as if I was getting regular chicken pieces. I expressed this to the lady and she rolled her eyes and elevated her voice in frustration repeating that she could not complete that order so I accepted that and choose another yet expensive option of getting my strips and I asked for an apple pie. When I got my food I asked if the apple pie was in the bag as well because when I was watching one of the ladies pack my box and bag it I didn’t see one put in the bag, once more a lady rolled her eyes and got the pie and put it in the bag and pushed it towards me. I asked «ma’am can I have some ranch please» she came back and threw 2 ranches in the bag and walked off… now mind you I ordered 10 strips in total. I decided not to further bother with it because by that point I was getting upset. I give this place two stars only because the chicken was pretty good but the service was horrible. I like Popeye’s but not enough to put up with rude people.

For the first two weeks you couldnt get in the parking lot… Literally. They were coned off and you had to go thru the drive thru. Ordered the spicy and no flavor at all. Biscuits ate small and quite a bit more expensive than Bojos.
