The business, and particularly, the stylists are very talented. My stylist, Lee Ann, has done great things for me. However, the administration of the office is horrific. When you call for an appointment, you never get anything but an answering machine. No one returns the phone call so you have no idea whether your stylist is there that day, week, or year. I personally think they have talented stylists, but need more reliability than they provide. Very happy with the talent, but very unhappy with the ability to get an appointment (like impossible)!
