The front desk woman wasted like 10 minutes making unprompted, bogus excuses for why the package was held instead of properly delivered. Are you going to keep make excuses or just do your job and hand over the package that I already came out of my way to pickup because you failed to deliver? There is little ability here and NO customer service.

Stay away from fed ex’s service. Not only do they completely suck. The delivery drivers are lazy and customer service is very lacking.
