I’m not happy with Mike Roth and Shorewest so far. Answers are slow via email, and the 10-​step marketing plan does not seem very robust. I am now doing some research into what I should expect with the type of high-​end home I have. They sent 100 postcards to home owners. Of course 0 results. I will change and upgrade my review here when and if we start getting some real activity.
In a month we have gotten 1 real showing, and a second showing we busted our butts to accommodate only to find it was another agent checking it out.
It will also be interesting to see what happens to this review, since it’s funny that there are 0 positive reviews out here about the Roth Team (outside of a marketing service whose content they control), and a few negative reviews seem to be missing when you click to expand the review.
I will be happy to revise my review upwards when I see some showings.
For now, I would advise caution when considering the Roth team.
