This place has the worst customer service ever! They do not stand behind their flowers! I will never purchase anything from here again and you shouldn’t either! The manager/owner of the greenhouse told me «I could crab all I want» but she would not even exchange a plant! I stopped at two other nurseries/garden centers in my area yesterday and asked them their policies compared to Prospect Hill. Those places would gladly keep their customers happy! When I told the manager/owner I would no longer buy from Prospect Hill, she said«that’s fine»! Apparently, one customer doesn’t matter to these people! Please spend your money elsewhere!

Ugh, talk about getting nickel and dimed! I went to PH Garden Center for the pumpkin patch and other fall festivities. I walked out two hours later with my wallet almost $ 60 lighter. Yikes! Tickets for games and activities are $ 1 each. Kids games are 1 ticket($ 1) and activities like the bounce house are 3 tickets($ 3 for a whopping 5 – 10 minutes of play). There’s a per pound charge for pumpkins(49 cents, I think) and hay rides are $ 3.75 per person. The hay ride is pretty lame. You get driven through a field and dropped off in a ‘pumpkin patch’(aka: clearing where they’ve laid out some pumpkins). Then you wait about 10 minutes for the tractor to come pick you up and take you back to the main area. I paid $ 2.50 for what I’m 99% sure was chili from a can. On a positive note, they do have very clean porta potties and there’s a fun(and free!) activity where kids can pretend to milk a cow. Overall, though, I came away feeling pretty robbed. I’d rather just pay an admission fee that includes a hay ride or pumpkin rather than paying $ 1 here and a dollar there. $ 60 later… ouch!

This place has several fun activities for kids, most of which cost $ 1.00-$ 3.00. The«hayride» is $ 6 and is a tractor pulled wagon with wooden benches and some hay thrown on the floor. The $ 6 hayride includes a drop off at the corn maze, which is kid-friendly and leaves you at the«pumpkin patch,» a small field where they transported a large number of good quality pumpkins to make your search easier. There is also a greenhouse where you can buy snacks and caramel apples and a small petting zoo with a few goats and a llama. If you’re looking for something different, they sell white pumpkins and sell corn stalks and hay bales for decorating your front yard. I would consider going back.
