Accidentally broke the rear passenger window of our ’13 Elantra. Called around, and they gave us a good price. Service guy was quite friendly, girl at the desk, not so much. About 6 months later, the window got«off track», i.e. it was not going up and down as it should. Called to make an appointment to have them look at it. Called a bit later in the day and said they wouldn’t cover their own work, and were going to charge me. Needless to say I just took care of it myself. TLDR: Decent price, but won’t guarantee their own work. Not a good way to get customers back.

DONOTUSE Glass Doctor. They company will not return my calls and has not responded to the complaint I filed with the Better Business Bureau. They did a horrible job replacing my windshield in 2013. This past winter I had leaking in my vehicle, loud popping noises and most recently the rubber strip between the top of the windshield and the vehicle has detached. I tried talking to the company on two separate occasions, left a voice mail for the manager/owner and have never received a return call. This has all been noted on their page with the Better Business Bureau as well.

My husband had his insurance comp claim and used them. They forgot to bring tools to attach his wash sensor, then the tech wanted to charge an additional $ 20 on an insurance claim because he forgot. Then shortly after there was unauthorized charges on our debit card that the bank stopped, ??? Atleast another Glass doctors in west bend— fixed problem with sensor for free and fixed this botched job. Recommend West Bend’s office not New berlin… Gave a bad review to State Farm too…
