Made to order
I want to like Cousins but always end up disappointed. Most recently we called in an order and went to pickup and they hadn’t even started to make the sandwiches. Why even call ahead and ask when I’ll be in?
Some months back I ordered their pulled pork special. When unwrapped, it looked like a chunk of bread. (See pic)
I tried to order online once. It doesn’t take coupons and didn’t have any «box» to add comments. It’s easier to just drive in.
They email coupons which don’t say they need to be printed but then when you show them your phone they say they must be printed.
If you provide any feedback about anything, the staff and manager get snippy.
…Yet we keep going back

Since moving to New Berlin my wife and I have been ordering from this store regularly. They very rarely get both of our sandwiches made correctly. This to me is evidence of a poorly trained or careless staff. I have many years in food service industry, mostly a sub shops. I know exactly how to order clearly and correctly off the menu.
This reason we continue to give this located or business is because we both love Cousins subs when made correctly. We grew up on it. I don’t know how many more chances we are willing to give this location.

I recently heard that Cousins was bringing back the Seafood Sub & hadn’t had it in a long time because the last time I had it it wasn’t very good. So I went to my local Cousin’s & order one up thru the drive thru. The service I received was good & fast & the bread I ordered the sub on (Parmesan Asiago) is to die for. Unfortunately, the Seafood Sub was the same as it was the last time I had it not much meat & very messy & runny. I thought Cousin’s would work at making it better than it was before but I was sorely disappointed. Maybe they should have taken note of Subway’s Seafood Sub that is Very Good!

This is sitting in my «Waiting to be Reviewed» list because I checked in there once. Might as well throw a review their way.
It’s a Cousins Subs… what can I say. The place was clean, food was good. I tried one of their pulled pork subs. It was a bit on the hot side and I burnt most of my tongue. That stayed with me for a few days.
No complaints really… the place is A-OK!
