The non-traditional Cuban sandwich here is amazing. The toasted sourdough bread and bacon make this one of my favs.

I still go on a pretty regular basis for the food specials… especially the $ 5 personal pizzas on Wednesday and the $ 5 burgers on Thursday… As well as a couple beers. The food is amazing. Service though lately has slipped as some staff has been moved or moved on. Maybe I was just too spoiled with few amazing servers who had both great customer service and the gift of gab… who knows… but I needed to update my review.

The food is always fantastic, the Scotch Eggs are a must. By far the best place to watch the games and the staff is always friendly. They didn’t have the game I wanted to watch on one of the countless tvs so they were quick to get it on by the closest one to me. The go to spot in New Berlin.

Cleveland Pub and Grill is good… and loud. It’s good, and it’s good and loud, that is. I’m a fan. But, seriously, if you have any aversion to loud noise, this may not be the place for you. In addition to the ‘regular’ restaurant noise, there are always multiple TVs blasting different games. I’ve generally ordered either a burger or a sandwich and the food has always been good. I recently had the French dip and the au jus was so flavorful that a) I was sad when my sandwich was gone, and b) when my sandwich was gone, I started dipping my fries in the au jus. One note: Although the drinks are typically pretty solid, the margaritas are weak and yucky. It’s clearly a margarita from a machine, rather than hand shaken. Other than that, the servers are friendly and prices are decent. I’ve never had trouble parking and the environment is generally congenial and fun.

Mmmmm beer, Great selection. VERY good wings! A little loud at times, especially when the giant ginga game comes to a conclusion. They take pride in serving the best food possible. Leisurely enjoy a good beer and friendly service.

Disappointed. Gave the bartender a $ 20 for a drink & then never saw her again for ½ hour. I finally just left, without getting anything back.

Apart from the loud dining hall like atmosphere, this was an excellent dining experience. It’s a seat urself kinda place which lead to a little confusion. Once we sat, we were met with an enthusiastic server who informed us she was new(great!). But aside from our sides being on the wrong plate, the food was delicious! Definitely home made everything. The pulled pork was tender and not over sauced. The Ruben was a little light on the corned beef and soggy on the crout side but nevertheless delicious. We will go again.

If you are looking for a leisurely lunch and a brew this is your place. Friendly service and good food. If you are in a hurry, this place is not for you. Stopped in for lunch with kiddos ranging from 9 to 14 and three adults. Great food choices for everyone and of course no shortage of great drinks to choose from. The games on the side included giant Jenga, pool, darts, pinball and a few others. The kids were entertained while waiting for our lunch and the adults enjoyed a little Spotted Cow. They have a private room as well as a lot of seating. Finally, but probably most importantly, the place was pretty clean(I didn’t see anything that grossed me out and it doesn’t take much!).

Great place to watch any game. They have a great beer list. I guess they even offer beer school on certain nights. I have only been here a few times. I really liked my burger. The French Dip sandwich is just ok. I wouldn’t order it again. It could easily be a 4 star joint but service is pretty spotty. I like the food and ambiance enough to try it again though.

Solid Burger — I had the Buck Burger(Mushroom & Swiss). ½ Pounder — Ordered it Medium Rare… And it came that way… Shazam! It’s near impossible to get a burger in Wisconsin cooked anything other than Well Done, no matter how you order it. Burger was pretty well seasoned with a sturdy bun and tasty… Seems like this is a burger joint. You get a choice of sides… I ordered the house made potato salad. It’s a decidedly Wisco Lutheran church lady rendition… Creamy sliced potatoes with big chunks of hard boiled eggs adorned with chopped green onions and grated cheddar cheese. I was happy to find this joint in a waste land of chain restaurants surrounding Mall-villeand the Hotel-opolis… Particularly since nothing in the area seemed to be open for more than another 52 minutes. It was worth the 8 min drive from my hotel. Bonus — huge freaking beer list and free wifi!

I found this place through friends but I’m so glad I know about it! The atmosphere is very laid back but fun. The food is delicious, and they always have good drinks! The service is awesome as well. Really a great spot to grab some drinks with friends and catch a Badger or Packer game! Kate is fantastic!

I went here twice while I was in the area for business. I tried two of their tasty burgers. They were cooked perfectly, which some places don’t really understand. However, the real stars of the show are the onion rings. They were glorious. The onion rings are homemade, not simply dumped out of a Sysco bag. The second night I very nearly order just huge plate of onion rings, but decided that wouldn’t be too healthy do I got a burger and onion rings. I would certainly go here again.

The Cleveland Pub is one of our favorite places to eat in the New Berlin area. We love Taco Tuesday’s there, and their Friday fish fries do not disappoint. Anthony is our favorite bartender and always has our drinks waiting at the bar when he sees us come in. Great food, great people, and great atmosphere, we highly recommend this eatery!

Through friends, I recently discovered the Cleveland Pub and Grill. Overall, I did like this place. It has an open concept layout, which I am a big fan of. And if you’re looking for someplace to watch the big game, they have 17 televisions and 3 projection screens throughout. The service here is pretty good. Our server was very nice and attentive. The food here is your typical sports bar fare, but it’s very good. If you like clam chowder, I definitely recommend trying theirs. It was very flavorful with big chunks of clam and potato in it. They also have a Friday Fish Fry, which I have been told is very good. There was a slight snafu with my Brandy Old Fashioned. When we walked in, there were a few signs throughout the restaurant advertising $ 5 shorts and $ 6 talls for the old fashiond’s featuring Bullett brandy. I ordered a tall. Well, it turns out that they don’t serve those in talls. Okay, fine. But, they ended up charging me $ 5.50 instead of $ 5. Our server informed us that the sign was incorrect. But they were very nice and adjusted our the bill. I would suggest that they take down those signs. I also want to note that at this establishment, you seat yourself instead being seated by a server. I can potentially see this being an issue on a busy day. However, I still plan to come back here in the future.

I wanted a burger and a good beer for lunch and I decided to finally try the Cleveland pub and grill a try. I have driven past it for years thinking when am I going to stop over. The place has plenty of parking in there lot in front of the place. There is a out door patio on each side of the main entrance that looked like you can only access from the foyer. When you walk in its very spacious with wood floors and wood everywhere. There is plenty of bar space and tables that are high or regular height. Plenty of flat screen tvs with various sports playing. The place had a modern industrial look with all the ceiling support and hvac system exposed. The place is very nice and not cheap or divvy in any way. The bar has eight coolers filled with various beers etc. It looked the bar has approx 20 tap beers to choose from and all the usual hard liquor. I had there most popular tap which was a good/cold IPA. The online menu is out of date and most items are more expensive, I will post some pictures with examples. The menu is also changed because the for a dollar more up charge was gone with my order and included now in the higher price, no for a dollar extra you can get onion rings because onion rings is a side option now. I had the brewer burger rare with onion rings. At first I was disappointed because at first glance it looked like hay string onions were on the side of my burger. At closer look it’s onion rings with that style batter and I was fooled. The plate was very intimating looking so I asked for a box because I was not expecting that much food. See my pictures. Let’s start with those onion rings, holly fuc#ing cow were the onion rings amazing. They were not frozen at all but real fresh onions that still had a crunch to them. They were very tasty and impressive. I asked if they are house made just to confirm and they are. The burger was impressive looking and I could tell by looking at it even before my first bite that they got the rare right. The bacon had a nice smoke flavor that went well with the grill flavor of the beef. The burger was juicy and tasty since it was not cooked to death. The burger was one of the better ones out there and I will give them that. Overall this place has great burgers and beer and I was impressed that it was not average bar food. I would definitely go back for a burger.

Decided to swing by here on my lunch break. I’m not entirely too familiar with New Berlin and this is close to where I work. I came here expecting average bar food and average service, and I was still disappointed. I won’t be returning. The service was seriously lacking. It took about 5 minutes after sitting down before anyone even addressed that we had entered the building, but I could ignore that given the fact it was 1:30pm on a weekday. Our waitress did not check up on us during the meal to ask if we needed anything. We had to wait around 15 – 20 minutes after we were done eating for our check, while our waitress sat at the other side of the room arranging silverware. Not to mention that I get paid hourly, so my supposed 30 minute lunch turned into an hour, and I missed out of some money… My wrap was not good, not even by bar food standards. I ordered the buffalo chicken wrap. I honestly didn’t see more than one chunk of chicken in it. If it was advertised as a bleu cheese and lettuce wrap, which is what it was, I would have gotten something else. I didn’t taste any buffalo sauce. My stomach was not pleased. Just no. The fries were good, but whatever.

Cleveland Pub is amazing! Great food, great service, great bar games. Pool, darts, giant jenga, golden tee, etc. I’ve never had a «bad taste» with their service. Servers are always polite and quick with the food.(That goes for the cooks too). We rented out the banquet room for a work party, and having our own private bar was amazing. I’d definitely recommend this place to everyone.

Giving ½ star for location. This place is in my neighborhood. I’ve been here just once but I want to return soon. I like that the crowd is diverse and not too young. We went out to play pool. The table and sticks were in good shape. I had fun. Will be back next time I want to play a game. Hopefully, there are more of the friendly people we met the 1st time I was there.

I’d give it 3.5 stars if I could. The food was good but not great. My husband had the BLT and it was LOADED with bacon. Almost too much bacon actually(whaaaaat…no such thing right!?) Well the abundance of bacon actually cut into his gums with each bite. Despite that he said it was still good. Their fries were nice and crisp. I was stealing his because the homemade chips that I got with my meal were far from crisp or good. They were bland and the texture made them taste stale. I will be ordering the fries next time. For my meal I had a triple pepper chicken sandwich. I had asked for the chipotle mayo on the side but she either didn’t hear me or just forgot.(Loss of some points for that one) the sandwich was good but would have been better if I could have controlled the amount of mayo. By the time it made its way to me it was getting soggy. Also they could have toasted the bread a tad more to add more crispness. Sogginess aside, the flavors were all there and the chicken itself was moist. We will be back but I will try other items on the menu. It was a Friday night and the fish fries that were being ordered at other tables looked damn tasty. Update: we tried to return, this time with our toddler and they don’t have any highchairs! I realize this is a bar like atmosphere but you also have a full menu with ample seating. It is unheard of for such a place to not have highchairs. I will not be back as it’s rare we go out without our kid and when we do, we’ll certainly choose a nicer restaurant than this to enjoy date night. Offer high chairs and maybe we’ll be back. Maybe.
