I had an 8am appointment one day. I was seen after only about a minute of waiting. I found the receptionist, xray technician, and physician’s assistant to be friendly. The doctor was okay. I felt as though he was quite rushed and did not spend much time at all contemplating my condition but went ahead and prescribed physical therapy.
I had to call the billing office to resolve an insurance related issue and the person I spoke to was helpful.
