Love it! Excellent facility for families… whether it be working out or swim lessons for the kids, the Y can’t be beat!

This is a nice, very well-​kept YMCA at the edge of the historical district of downtown New Bedford. The building itself isn’t the prettiest, but they’ve done a really great job keeping the grounds clean and landscaping around the property. Inside it’s what you would expect from any YMCA — a gym, a pool, locker rooms, but everything is clean. Towels are provided. There’s a lounge area at the front with comfy chairs and large windows that get plenty of light. I was pretty happy with the facilities overall.
