WORST APARTMENTS EVER. If you want privacy, peaceful living, and have minor expectations of having things fixed, this is NOT the place for you. Often they will show you one apartment and you think that’s the one your getting, but your not. I waited a YEAR to have my windows fixed. They waited until it was so cold that the draft caused my pipes to FREEZE. No heat for 2 days. Also children are NOT allowed to play outside. These people spend more time EVICTING people, than fixing things. Very devious owners. If I could give this place a negative stars I would. In this is speaking from someone who lives there for 2 years.

Property Manager couldn’t manage a phone booth… Always MIA Heating problems… Plumbing problems… Insect problems… List goes ON and ON

Stay away from this place! Rent is reasonable but the facilities are run down, maintenance is almost non existent, apartments are insect infested, management is not responsive to apartment issues. Just drive through the parking lot and access road all look for yourself. City board of health has had numerous complaints and issues with them. They turn off the water and without a heads up.
