We had to call these guys in a hurry when we had a mystery leak in the house that dumped a lot of water in our basement when we were away. They were professional, quick, effective and thorough. Very friendly and nice to deal with over email and phone. Very understanding of the ins and outs of dealing with insurance. Very good at doing what needed to be done in our wet basement without just tossing everything in a dumpster. By the time we got home things had been handled and cleaned up and carefully dealt with, a process that took several days. They did not try to upsell us on «emergency» services we didn’t need, just did what was necessary to get our basement back to basement-​normal. We were very unhappy people having to deal with this bad surprise while we were away and Serv-​Pro made a bad situation much more manageable.
