Great great variety of sushi. $ 20.95 for an all you can eat dinner is the best deal around. unlimited variety of appetizers, soups, salads and different entrees from regular sushi to complex tempura meals.

SUSHI. ALLYOUCANEAT. Lunch or dinner. Yes, please. I used to be a freak for buffets. When I was younger, had a faster metabolism and occasionally less money, I would totally hit a buffet to get my calories for the day. Plus I lived in LA when sushi buffets were a thing. Are they still a thing? Who knows? All I know is that most of those buffets were fun, but not actually great quality. Ming Sushi actually has really good sushi AND it’s all-you-can-eat. I know. I said it again. Add-ons like gyoza, seaweed salad, and even dessert come with the deal, too. One thing to note: the restaurant is not buffet style. You order what you’d like — either all at once or as you go. Ming Sushi appeals to my id regardless and I always leave satiated.

Really good. Best in area and reasonable prices. Used to go to A Kitchen in Fairhaven but this places takes the cake. All you can eat $ 20.95. I had seaweed salad, shrimp tempura, and three rolls(Fantasy, Vegas, and???) All of which were delicious. Appetizers are smaller plates which is expected so there’s not an overage of waste. Overall, great food great prices.

Absolutely fantastic. Decided to order take-out for lunch here for the first time. I ordered the Sushi Bento Box and everything was delicious. Plus the lady who took my order over the phone was very sweet and polite. Gonna keep going here from now on! Highly recommend this place if you’re craving sushi!!!

Well its byob so thats a plus! However all this place did for me was remind me how much i miss the former ginger grill :/. All you can eat sushi was not very good at all. Even though we really didnt like it we had to eat or would be charged more money. I definitely dont think i will be back.

I love it here. The sushi is great and the all you can eat deal is unbeatable. Service is very good and always friendly. I hope Ming stays in business for a very long time. I definitely recommend the fantasy roll.

This place gets better and better. We had a great sushi dinner sampling some new rolls and traditional Nigiri. This time, I brought my daughter from Cape Cod because Misaki is closed and we are boycotting Inaho. It was worth the 55 minute ride. My dining delish man joined us. So much food, tasty rolls and fresh fish. 67.00 before tip and we were sated. BYOB is the rule here. Staff are the friendliest and it’s a good vibe all around.

Mings has fresh clean food and a great deal all-you-can-eat menu for about $ 19 — which is what we usually get. It lets you pick a little bit of everything and it’s cooked to order. Every single item is delicious! I can’t eat seafood and still find plenty on this menu and always leave with a happy stomach! I usually order the chicken vegetable soup, chicken tempura, pork gyoza, beef noodle and chicken fried rice, followed by the cucumber avocado rolls.(Yes I overindulge when I go here but I love it! The wait staff and kitchen staff are very friendly — and its byob so you can also enjoy a drink without the inflated drink prices of other restaurants.

This place is absolutely awesome. The fish is fresh and the sushi was wrapped incredibly. The all you can eat was reasonably priced and it has a huge selection outside of sushi as well. Service was also great! We parked on the street, after 6 and weekends meters are free. Also, they have ice cream on ayce menu! Woo! Will totally be back!

My first time here. Went with 6 people and got the all you can eat deal. The sushi was very good and we all enjoyed it. The downside. For some reason, we were told by our server that we all had to order from the same one sheet of paper to order all the sushi for the table. I’m not sure if that was our server’s personal rule or the rule of the place, but people in our party wanted certain types of sushi, while others wanted other types of sushi. Everything comes to the table in one big platter, so unless your up on what everything you ordered looks like, you really don’t know if what you ordered is what you are eating. We didn’t like that. It seemed like this was forced on us, so that it was easier for the server and not the customers. Suggestion: Put little flags with the names of the items on the platters at least! It’s BYOB and you certainly don’t leave here hungry, but I’d be reluctant to go there with a large party again. Certainly there has to be a better way of organizing the sushi orders so everyone can get what they want.

Stopped in on a Monday afternoon. The hostess was a tad rude. but the waitress was pleasant. We chose to get the all you can eat lunch special for $ 14.95 per person. The sushi took about 30 minutes to come out(a little ridiculous) but it was amazing. Fresh, full of flavor and it looked great. We got quite a few different rolls — fantasy roll, lava roll, shrimp tempura, philly + california. Every single one was delicious. Really the only negative about this place is that they take too long preparing the sushi and that the staff is extremely slow. There was only 3 other tables so I expected faster, better service.

Dearest Ming, the apple of my eye, the reason for my existence. Some people dream of sugar plums before bed, I dream of raw fish cascading down my bare chest. Squirming and writhing. My tastebuds sailing on a smalled wooden sushi boat, across a sea of pleasure. The food /service /prices here are just right. The BYOB and all you can eat option really bumps this to five stars. Remember if you don’t finish at least a third of each plate you order, you will be charged for it! The dishes are small but unlimited,(example: money bags(crab rangoon) comes with just two on the plate.) Definitely try this place out. And invite me along, and my bare chest.

I came here after finding it via the Unilocal app since I am not familiar with the New Bedford area; after reading the reviews it sounded like a good find especially for the All You Can Eat deal lunch deal for 14.95. After reading the reviews from some Elites, how could I not come here?! I went in around 2pm after I got out of class and I was the only person in the restaurant, awesome deal! I’ll get my food pretty quickly then. I started with some miso soup and seaweed salad, which was good; pretty standard to most Japanese restaurants I have gone to. I ordered 3 rolls: Orange Dragon, Kirin, Fantasy Roll to start with. The rolls came and they looked good, but as I started eating them I noticed there was so much rice but very little fish. I then asked the server if they always put this much rice and she sounded a bit surprised then basically told me that they have to to keep costs down. I asked if I order only one more roll could I have more fish as if someone ordered it not all you can eat, she nodded though I don’t think she understood me. I ordered a salmon avocado roll and it still came padded with a lot of rice, so this was entirely depressing; the last roll and it was mostly rice. I thought maybe this was an April fools joke being played on me and they’ll tell me any second; sadly it was not. I just paid 20 dollars for a lunch of mostly rice and dabs of fish. I feel as if I was cheated. The other reviews seems to be over a year old and they definitely do not reflect their sushi right now. Stay away from this restaurant at all costs. I will most likely not be coming back to this location for any sushi, all you can eat or not until they change their practices with this sushi treachery.

Ming’s has great food at great prices. The AYCE menu dwarfed the regular menu. There was no reason to not get AYCE. The waitress went out of her way to make our experience great. Only reason not a 5, the tuna was frozen in the middle. Green tea ice cream was the best.
