GoMobl – Verizon Wireless Retailer

Stay as far from any of these places as possible! I went into the store (which has since gone out of business) and told them I needed my two-​year upgrade and was interested in the iPhone 5. They told me that they did not have the iPhone 5 but would sell me the 6 at the same price. I have since learned that not only did they not sign me up for my two-​year contract but they submitted paperwork that made me responsible for a monthly payment to pay the retail price on the iphone 6 ($ 759.00). Agian, I was told I would be charged for the 5 (which si about $ 200 less). On top of the monthly payment plan I also paid anther $ 145 to the store while I was there. The girl that was helping me had said I should pick out several things for the phone as they were included for some reason. I am now being told by Copr that I chos to buy all the accessories and that was wht teh $ 145 was for. I already had charges and did not need any of the accessories. When I finally got in touch with their corp office I was told that because it was after the 14 day period I could no longer return the phone and they could do nothing about it. It took about another 45 minutes for them to put a Manager on the phone. During that conversation he was of no help at all and pretty much calledme a lair. I am not sure why he thinks that a grown person, who has been with Verizon for aboout 15 years, with a good career would spend their spare time calling cusomter sirvice??? The entire transacation was fruadualtn and nobdy in the cmpany is willing ot do anything. I cannot beleive they are still in business!

Friendly and knowledgeable staff helped me pick out my new smartphone (HTC One) versus other options. I also needed to transfer my number from a family plan to a separate account, and they knew all the steps necessary to make it a quick transaction. I’d recommend going to this retailer for Verizon customers.
