My whole family goes here for their eye exams and glasses. The staff is friendly and helpful. I’ve needed quick adjustments to my eyeglasses and you can just walk right in and they help you. I’ve always been very satisfied here.

I had been looking for glasses for literally 6 months. I had been to dozens of eyeglass shops from New Bedford to Boston. I wish I was exaggerating. I am somewhat picky but also difficult to fit. I’m so glad I stopped into this place! Neli was unbelievably helpful. She probably spent close to an hour with me the first day. Once we determined what I was looking for and the sizes I needed, she ordered some frames for me that she thought I would like. A few days later, I received a call telling me that the frames were in and that I could come check them out at my convenience. I ended up going with one of the frames and so far, so good. Not only was the customer service great, the prices were excellent as well. They have a good number of frames that are $ 89 INCLUDING lenses ($ 129 total if you have a strong prescription and get the lightweight lenses). Even their designer frames are very well priced. I definitely recommend this place if you’re looking for reasonably priced frames and great customer service.

I did not receive an eye exam there, so I cannot speak to that side of the business, but they do offer eye exams.
