Great place to get some quick breakfast. Where else can you get a full breakfast, with the best coffee ever for under $ 4.00? Busy place on the weekends, but if you get there early, can usually find a table. Be sure to ask for the grilled onions and peppers for your homefries. Delicious!

This place is really great! I commute from Boston to New Bedford for work and I recently tried this place out for lunch — it was just as a good, if not better, as any of the lunch/​diner places in Boston. Also I was super pumped by the price — $ 6.50 for a large Diet Coke, average-​sized BLT, chips and a pickle. Most sandwiches are under $ 4 and don’t forget to check the wall for the specials, I have to try the American chop souy next time I am here — which will definitely be next week lol!

Dillon’s has been around for a very long time, I remember coming here for breakfast on Saturday mornings when I was a little kid. Came back recently and was very satisfied with my experience. The restaurant itself is kind of small and when you walk in you seat yourself. They have all your ordinary breakfast foods and beverages including one of my favorites — chocolate milk. I ordered a bacon, egg and cheese sandwich on a cheese roll (I know, super healthy) and it was mouthwatering, crispy, cheesy goodness. They also offer lunch, I’ve yet to try it. Glad to see this place still standing!

Dillons has a great breakfast selection and is a nice little spot. It can get a little cozy at peak times and there may be a short wait, but it is definitely worth it. The wait staff are genuinely friendly and you will not go wrong with a meal here.

I’ve been to Dillons about ten times in the past couple years and I’ll keep going back. Though Dillons is often quite busy, they are quick and efficient at moving people in and out of the restaurant while staying consistent with their good breakfast. Eggs, bacon and even french toast have been great, the coffee isn’t bad either.
This is your basic breakfast diner so you shouldn’t expect anything over the top. But if you need a solid quick cheap breakfast Dillons is always the spot.

Super cool local vibe resonating here! I have been dying to try Dillon’s as it’s got stellar reviews here and it’s a 4 minute walk from my boyfriend’s house. He frequents the spot and treated me to brunch. The place was JAMMED at 11 AM but cleared out soon after. I had a lovely well made omelette and he had a massive portion of French Toast. Everything tastes good. It’s no frills so, no real maple syrup, commercial grade OJ and bread, canned mushrooms and frozen spinach but the vibe, the super nice waitresses and the hole in the wall atmosphere in super cool historic New Bedford earns 4 stars in my book. They had green tea which was a plus! Cash only!

Probably one of the best local breakfast/​lunch eateries in all of New Bedford. Excellent service, seat yourself, kind of small but very home-​y. Go here to be remembered, waitresses are so fast and so attentive, very kind as well. The food is perfect for breakfast anything and the lunch is great as well, they have awesome specials. great early bird 6−8AM specials every day. Go to this place almost once every week, so delicious. A definite New Bedford breakfast staple.
