I’m a pretty easy going person. I understand human beings make mistakes but this is the WORST Taco Bell I’ve ever been too. I’ve been here 4 times and every time, the orders have been wrong, they have forgotten things and this time my food wasn’t even cooked all the way through. I went back through the drive through to get this corrected and I was argued with. That ‘it’s not possibly to not be cooked right’ but I pulled out the food and it was cold, cheese still raw, not even melted. I’m disgusted with this place. It’s one thing to get my food wrong but to tell me I’m wrong after I showed you the food wasn’t even cooked, not right. I didn’t appreciate the sass I received.

We love that this Taco Bell is brand new and close to us(we live nearby at the LC). However they changed their hours on weekends to close at 1AM after a few weeks of opening. We now have to usually drive to Sunbury Rd to eat food after 1, which is annoying.

I hate to be «that guy» but this location is quite possibly the worst run fast food place I have ever been too. It’s Taco Bell so I’m going in with very low expectations to start. I’ve tried this location twice, first on a lunch run and 2nd on a late evening craving cure, both times I sat in the drive thru for nearly 45 minutes. What makes this even more irritating is when I pull up to the window to get my order(which is literally 2 items) I look inside and see 4 teenage kids just standing around… why is the line taking 45 minutes to get through if you have time to stand around and do nothing! I was apologized to by the 12 year old running the drive-thru window and was their fix for taking so long was to double my order and throw in cinnamon twists… well buddy, you really should just comp the 2 chili cheese burritos I ordered because I really don’t want 4 of them. I don’t eat fast food often but this will keep me from going back to this location ever again. I’ll chalk part of the experience up to the lazy ass«me» generation growing up now who lack responsibility and need a trophy for showing up

It was so nice having a Taco Bell just down the street… and it was awesome the first week, but ever since it’s been a huge disappointment. They always forget items and the food is always sloppy with bare minimum of ingredients. We now drive an extra 15 minutes to Sunbury Road just to get decent Taco Bell.

We have a huge group come in Monday nights and this Taco Bell is always very accommodating, fast, and friendly. Kym, the manager is also super gracious and prepares her staff for our group. My other experiences here have been just as good! Excellently ran Taco Bell!

Went thru the drive at about 10pm on a Saturday night. They had 2 or 3 people working with nobody else in line. I ordered two items and a drink. The girl taking my ordered sighed into the microphone after each item I ordered. Then they purposely gave me the wrong sauce. I know it was on purpose because the guy asked and repeated back what I said and immediately stuffed 20 packets of the wrong sauce in my box. This may not sound like a big deal but then I thought about what if they messed with the food. As a retail store owner myself, I know that gaining/maintaining the customers trust is paramount, and now all trust is gone and I will never go back. It doesn’t make sense to me why people work at a restaurant but don’t like it when people come and order food. If you don’t like the job, quit. Maybe retail/food service is not your thing. It takes patience, and sometimes the ability to fake it, even on a bad day. I guess I should’ve expected this type of behavior from high school kids getting paid minimum wage. As the saying goes you get what you pay for.
