I would not recommend them. Back customer service. Not very friendly and is taking over 3 weeks to get glasses back when we were told it would take 7 to 10 business days.

I was really hoping to like this office. It is close to my house and has some extended hours during some days of the week. Unfortunately the front desk staff is awful. Rude, unhelpful and seem bothered by answering questions or attending to patients. I questioned the quantity of contact lenses I was forced to order since they were discontinued and I was not permitted to change brands without paying for a second exam for the year and was told to «take it up with the manufacturer.» Disappointing. I won’t be back.
