First and last visit. Went for fill in and spa pedicure. Pedi bath was cold. Had to ask them to warm it up twice. Sub par pedi. Feet still rough with peeling skin. Fill in was ok, nothing special to keep my business.

I went for a pedicure yesterday. While the tech was friendly and competent and did a good job, I had two points of concern: 1) it was 80 degrees out and hotter inside, but no AC or fans running, and 2) we were there right at closing and we spotted the techs empty the trash bin with used toe separators and plastic slip on shoes into a tub filled with a chemical substance, apparently to clean and reuse. Can’t say for sure they were reused but they were cleaning and drying and placing in bin.

I took my sixteen year old son to get his first pedicure today. His feet were one giant callous from playing sports. Mye, the young woman who worked on his feet did a fabulous job and removed all the excess old peeling skin. It was a job! She made him feel very comfortable, even though this wasn’t a «guy type activity.“Tom another employee worked on my pedicure. He did a great job as well. Both employees were meticulous and thorough. We enjoyed it so much, I talked my son into a manicure as well. We were not disappointed. 2 manicures and 2 pedicures were $ 90 plus tip. We will return:)

Best nail place I’ve been too. I have been coming here for years. They have recently expanded their salon, so they have three times the seating they did before. All new massage/​pedicure chairs and new manicure bar. Their nail polish colors are endless. Great, friendly staff who are open to try any design you throw at them-​which is great for all those Pinterest junkies finding the next best nails. They have several locations, but I definitely recommend this one off of Charlestown Rd!

Excellent service with minimal wait. Adorable child’s pedicure chairs. Huge selection of nail polish, OPI, China Glaze, and gel. Comfortable adult pedicure chairs. Very professional staff that wear white lab coats. Fair pricing. They prefer cash or check and you can’t put a tip on your card.

I went to this salon yesterday for a pedicure, the lady that did my nails cut my toe very deep. Today it has puss all under the skin like a major infection is coming on, it is also very sore to walk. I am six months pregnant and don’t want to take antibiotics. I really don’t feel they handled it correctly at all I didn’t even get a discount and their tool didn’t seem clean at all.

I love Pretty Nails i get my nails done at this location at least once a month. Not only do they do a GREAT job on my nails but the environment is extremely friendly and relaxing. Typically i get pedicure and full set of french tip nail, they always turn out fantastically.
