My favorite pizza of all time, but they took near an hour to get my pizza to me, first time I’ve had it delivered, too. I usually carry out. Not to mention the restaurant is 2 miles from my house.

Cheap pizza and it tastes like it.
But, at an average of 5.00 a pie it makes great stuff for kids parties, nights in front of the TV, Game nights etc.
The pizza is actually not all that bad, though my personal preference is something other than ‘single topping.

Possibly the worst customer service I’ve ever seen.
I had never previously been to a Papa Johns, and I went with my room mate so she could pick up her pizza.
As we walked into this restaurant, we received no attention. Once we finally were addressed by a young lady behind the register, she printed out a receipt that my room mate had to sign. The pen was thrown at us, and it hit my room mate on the arm.
Not only was the young lady disrespectful, but every other employee was screaming in the kitchen and not making the restaurant look very professional at all.
Once we got her pizza, we vowed to never return to this establishment again.
