Burger King

Absolutely the worst Burger King I’ve ever been to in my life. I’m forced to go here because well no other BKs near by in New Albany. If I come here 100 times and order directly off the menu no custom order it’s wrong 99 times guaranteed.

This is literally the worst Burger King location I’ve ever been to. The service is horrible, the food is always wrong, and most of the time they don’t have half of the stuff on the menu available. Every time I’ve been to this location around 8−9am on a Saturday they don’t have iced coffee because the woman at the drive through «was too busy» or «didn’t have time to make it.» Even though I’ve never seen more than two cars in the drive through. I’m honestly shocked this location is still in business. I wish I could give it less than 1 star.

The only thing I really like a Burger King are the cinnamon rolls and when I worked in Hilliard, I went to the Burger King there and they would put extra icing on my cinnamon rolls. At Burger King, the icing is what makes the cinnamon roll. I know it’s small but this meant a lot to me that they would do something like this to make their customer happy, when they didn’t have to. It also tells me that when I go to other burger kings and they refuse or tell me they can’t, they are only saying no because they don’t feel like it or won’t go above and above for the customer. This is one of those burger kings. I stopped here this morning on my way to work for cinnamon rolls, French toast and milk. I asked them if they would put the extra icing and he said they couldn’t. I then asked if there was at least a good amount and he told me no. So at that point I thanked him and went across the street to settle for another Tim Hortons breakfast. Always have issues at this Burger King. Today was no different. Came in with a coupon. Asked for a salad instead of fries. Was told that he had to ring it up exactly as it is stated on the coupon. I informed him that i always use coupons everywhere else and this is the first time i was denied a salad instead of fries. He would not change the order to the way i wanted it. Always an issue one way or another. They usually get the order wrong (requesting no mayo) or it takes FOREVER to get your food. Why cant they get their act together? I refuse to give then Even 1 star but it would not post without giving at least 1 star.. I would actually love to give them –stars.

If I could give zero i would. This store is a disgrace to new Albany. Can’t even get a double cheeseburger right.

This is the only location I’ve ever been to that charges $ 0.20 per slice of cheese. When we tried to ask why that was the cashier got an attitude with us which wasn’t appreciated. Food is decent enough but the service is always slow and the staff could use some work.
