Bei Capelli Salon & Spa

I understand the reviews and empathize with the unsatisfied customers that visited Bei Capelli, but I am not a client to any of the stylists mentioned in the reviews on Unilocal.
I can, however, discuss the services that I have been receiving from hairstylist, Paige, for about a year. After reading the other reviews, I think she is the diamond in the rough for sure. I normally get partial highlights and a trim and my boyfriend gets his hair cut from her as well.
Paige is young, but she is talented and shows a lot of promise. My hair always looks great and I feel confident that if she didn’t think a color or cut would work for me then, she would tell me so.
Paige is always punctual and pleasant. Her prices are very, very reasonable. If you are unsatisfied, she will go out of her way to fix the problem so that you leave happy.
The three stars are for Paige. The minus two stars are for the poor service the other Unilocalers received.
If you’re willing to give the salon another chance (and I can certainly see why you wouldn’t) may I recommend booking an appointment with Paige. I think you would be happier.

Seriously people. think hard before spending money here… read the reviews. before doing anything here… I will suggest. that you do not risk regrowing your hair by coming here. There is a management issue for certain, and it’s reflected badly by the stylist renting booths here and their attitude towards customers. While my own hair will grow back, it’s just shocking to see that it’s a common issue here.
Any stylist, certainly those who don’t realise how vain we women can get about our hair, who blames the customer on the outcome off the cut and color should be ashamed and need to rethink how they communicate to the customer about what is going on during the cut.

I asked for about an inch off my length and layering to be put in, my stylist, Tyler, did put in layers… Or should I say «layer» and he managed to cut off about 4″ off of my length. He flat ironed my hair so well that it didnt show and He did not show me the back of my hair before I left so I left none the wiser. The next day I had my wedding hair trial, I hadn’t styled my hair from the cut to the trial so little did I know what had happened. My hair stylist then had to cut another 4″ off my poor hair to try to salvage it. He had cut it uneven, chunks were missing from sections, it was just awful. I have been growing my hair out for 8 years and get a regular trim, but because of this butcher job, I am not not able to have my hair styled the way I wanted for my wedding in 3 weeks. The salon manager did not act like they were really that interested in making up for this stylists lack of care. I was refunded but that doesn’t make up for me losing over 8″ of hair right before my wedding. The manager did not even ask for a picture or ask if there was anything else they could do for me. Their lack of care for what has happened to me is unprofessional and uncaring. My 4 year old nephew could have done better with his eyes closed. It took 8 years to get to this length, It took him an hour and a half to destroy it. I would avoid this salon at all costs. They don’t seem to care about what happened or the actions of their employee. After I posted a review on their facebook page, the stylist claimed I was a liar and that he didn’t do that to my hair.
After posting my review and being called a liar by the stylist, he then PM’d me threatening that if I didn’t take down my review from all the sites, that he would press charges for libel and harassment. then, the owners of the salon said they fully back up their stylists work, still gave no apology, then deleted my review, reported it to facebook and blocked me. So I am very happy to know that they cannot do the same on Unilocal. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER.

I really enjoyed my visit to Bei Capelli. I found them through groupon and went for a birthday cut and partial highlight. staff was friendly and professional. they used sulfate free shampoo on my hair and at the end — I looked great! Good thing too … I got engaged that night!
