I like the pistol range. The 1 star is for the rifle range. You have to shoot through a small pipe right in front of the rifle position preventing fliers. The pipes are not well aligned with the targets so you have to almost lay on the bench. Because there is a berm immediately in front of the row of benches the sound reverberates off the berm and is deafening, even with ear plugs AND muffs. All in all it is a very uncomfortable shooting experience.

This is not the closest range to my home but in my opinion it’s the best so I make the drive there. The staff is friendly, courteous and always smiling. If you’re in the area, or even if you’re not and feel like taking a drive, head on over there and grab a lane!

Armadillo Guns is the best. My dad wanted to get his fire firearm and learn about the process. David and the crew at Armadillo Guns made the process very simple. They explained everything to him and helped him in making a choice. They did not try to up-​sell or sell him stuff that he did not need. I feel they were honest, very knowledgeable and cared about getting him something he would enjoy and know how to use.
The store, range and parking lot areas were very clean. While Armadillo Guns is out in the country I would recommend Armadillo Guns to anyone for their knowledge, professionalism and prices. It is well worth the drive.
