I had some free time on a warm afternoon in the middle of August, so I walked up the hill to what used to be Elevensies and is now called Calla Lily Crepes. I ordered a gluten-free«lemon drop» crêpe – lemon, butter, and sugar, and a can of San Pellegrino Limonata. The lemon crêpe, which was sweet but not too sweet, definitely satisfied a craving. This is essentially a food cart, but there’s a bench and a small circular table with a few chairs shaded by an awning. You can sit there, eat your crêpe, and watch the traffic on Broad Street or the forested hills out past the Bonanza market, and it feels very relaxing and a little European.

Made it really clear that they dont like tourist. Also I think the health inspector called in sick on the day he was supposed to inspect the place.

It is called Calla Lilly Crepes now. Very good crepes, and I speak from experience. The crepes themselves are crisp and perfect. And they have some creative and tasty fillings. My wife had The Shire – spinach, mushroom, mozzarella, brandy-thyme cream. I had an Italian – pepperoni, salami, sun dried tomato, olives, spinach, mozzarella. The we finished with a Bannana Foster – heavenly. The owner was there, a very nice guy, and the girl working the hot plate was very nice too. Wen had a great chat about the town and local events while we ate. A must stop when you are in Nevada City.

Awesome gluten free crepes! Tasty and amazing! Good prices! Just wish the girl was a tad friendlier! She was a little cranky the last time, she said she wasnt feeling well. The guy that owns it is very nice though! Only thing is i wish the crepes were filled with a little more stuff! A little on the skimpy side! But other than that, just great!

Oh BOY is this place good! I would give 5 stars but I think they could stuff them a bit fuller with goodies;) I went on a day where they were slammed(festival) so I literally waited 30 mins for my «functional alcoholic» crêpe. They are a bit pricey for one crêpe, but it is organic and local where ever possible=) Eitherway, this place is EXACTLY what I needed! Please come to Sacramento!!!

Great crepes. A Nevada city kind of place — that’s a good thing.

Found Elevensies crepes at the Nevada City farmer’s market right after I had eaten breakfast. The crepes looked awesome, especially because they were gluten free– I was dying to try one, but too full to do so. Later that afternoon I noticed their actual crêpe stand in town, so we went back for breakfast the following morning. I ordered the gluten free peach, honey, whipped cream, and mint crêpe called«the fuzz.» The filling was awesome and texture of the gluten free crêpe was great. My only complaint was that the crepes are made ahead of time and the guy didn’t heat the crêpe up enough so it wasn’t very hot. I’d just make sure they leave it on the heat longer next time and it would be pretty perfect. Will definitely be back! more gluten free friendly restaurants in the bay area and california go to

Amazing crepes! I found the little pop up while visiting Nevada City. Great flavor, local ingredients, and they don’t skimp! The Roman Holiday and the Sam Chase was fantastic. Try em out.

What does a girl have to do to convince Elevensies to have a Sacramento location? Because Cole makes a DAMN delicious crêpe — and with a gluten-free option, no less. Dad & I stopped here for an early dinner on Saturday. He had the tahini crêpe with beets, carrots, sprouts, goat cheese and tahini sauce. I had the Second Breakfast crêpe with roasted potatoes, chicken apple sausage, white cheddar cheese and basil pesto. I nearly cried, this crêpe was so good. Dad really enjoyed his as well and didn’t even offer me a bite. We didn’t try a sweet crêpe but they sound just as amazing. Cole is super friendly — I didn’t get to meet his girlfriend/business partner but I’m going to guess she’s just as awesome as he is. There’s only one little table, which is a bummer, but you will soon be distracted by the deliciousness of your crêpe and you won’t care about anything else. If you’re in Nevada City and Elevensies happens to be open, by all means, go there. Get a crêpe. You will love it.
