I called to ask when they were open until, and they kept asking me if I wanted to come in… I repeated myself 4 times and said I wasn’t sure and it depended when they closed and they refused to tell me. It was so rude and strange, and I have been there a few times before and I know they understand English, so it wasn’t an issue of a language barrier. Who doesn’t tell a potential customer when they close?! Just bad customer service, not to mention I have seen people wait for over 25 minutes for a manicure in the middle of a Sunday, when they should have more people working.
Go to either Polished Nails or Essential Nails, both are less than .5 miles away and MUCH better overall.

This is a great little nail salon tucked away on a side street off of Smithtown Blvd. It isn’t a flashy place and everything is a bit dated but they do an excellent job on manicures and pedicures. Really, what else could you want? They have an excellent selection of colors, their prices are very reasonable, the staff is friendly, and they use CND gel products. For some reason this place also seems to only attract nice clients. They see a lot of regulars here and the customers I’ve seen at the salon never seem to be unhappy with their nails (or the service provided to them). Give this place a try, I think you’ll be pleasantly surprised!
