I had a bad plumbing leak and called about four plumbers. One called back immediately and said he was swamped and couldn’t get to me (Thaks!). None of the others have bothered to call back.
Bob R called me at the end of the business day and was out the next morning to fix the problem.
Usually, unless you are remodeling, when you need a plumber, it is right now to fix that emergency.
Bob got on the job and fixed the leak. He left a clear descriptive bill.
