I love bikes(and bike stores) and this store fills any bike lovers needs. They have a large selection of road, mountain, children and comfort bikes. Was surprised by another reviewer’s comment on pricing, because I find them to be very competitive– on bikes and accessories. They even have a basement full of old bikes and consignment bikes– lots of deals can be found down there! I love that they carry something other than Trek(like every other darn bike shop in Wisconsin). The bike mechanics are top notch and the staff is not pushy. They will give you information on bikes, even if you aren’t ready to buy. Its a smaller store and not as shiny as the big box stores– but if you want great customer service and knowledgeable bike people– you need to visit Cranked!

I have been to quite a few bike shops all over the country, and this one by far is my favorite. The staff are all pleasant and very helpful. I really like that the owner rolls up his sleeves and works with the staff as well.

Really cool shop. By far the biggest selection of Brooks saddles I have ever seen on display. A nice range of bikes and gear, all the way up to high end Orbeas. Very laid back, there is a friendly Labrador retriever wandering the store. In better weather, there are group rides every Tuesday evening. The best part of this shop, however, is the basement, where the used bikes are. Used bikes by the dozens! Cruisers, recumbants, really old bikes, mountain bikes, you name it! If you love bikes, you have got to browse the basement of Cranked.
