I’ve used this dry cleaner off and on for several years and have always been pleased with their prompt and courteous service. That is until today. I took my suit jacket in Friday morning before 10am to have it pressed for my son’s wedding on Saturday evening. I was told it would be ready first thing Saturday morning, around 9am. I get there around 9:30 am to pick up my jacket only to be informed that it’s not done. I asked why it wasn’t pressed and the young lady informed me that they don’t do any pressing on Saturday, that they only steam press on Monday through Friday. When I asked why it didn’t get pressed on Friday the young lady told me that being it was still holiday and the owner was out of town they didn’t do it. So let me get this straight, if the owner is gone y’all don’t do any work or what? I guess everyone stands around looking at one another? It will be a good while before I take anything back to be cleaned here. I believe in supporting local businesses as well as my community. But if this is how a local business is going to treat a customer I’ll be takin my cleaning business to Rosenberg. If by chance the owner of this establishment reads this comment… an explanation and apology would be greatly appreciated.
