Carl’s Jr Restaurant

Could used some up dating and a deep cleaning. Food is good soda fountain need to be cleaned better.

All I have to say is LONG WAIT. We arrived at the drive through at 11 am and we ordered right away. They didn’t have Green Burrito open, so we ordered off the regular menu. We pull up behind the car that is at the pick up window and waiting a while. In total, from the time we ordered to the moment they handed our food over, it was 32 minutes. The buns for the hamburgers were hard and the employees are slow as molasses getting the order right and finished. I could tell the lady taking orders at the window was very embarrassed.
If you are looking for faster service, go next door to Taco Bell.

Terrible service, especially the little dickhead working the counter. You’ve worked here 5 years and you still can’t get an order right?
Bathrooms are a disaster
More employees outside smoking than inside working.

I think there’s 2 people working the restaurant. We waited 15 minutes for one order of fries. Finally just cancelled the order and walked out.

Basic Carl’s. We stopped because we had to go to the restroom. It was not clean at all. Turned me off from ordering food. Won’t stop there again.

I don’t know why I keep going to Carl’s Jr. I’ve kinda just come to the conclusion that they all suck. Every time I go I’m disappointed. Service here wasn’t that bad, just slow, it wasn’t the cleanest and the food was subpar. Then again it is in the middle of nowhere so you can’t expect too much.

The absolute worst service ever. I would normally never write a review for a fast food chain but this place is unbelievable.
The bathroom was one of the dirtiest I’ve ever seen. I’m talking flies were buzzing around the toilet.
DISGUSTING.
The flies were also flying around the kitchen area. If the bathroom looks like that then I’d hate to see what the kitchen looks like.
You couldn’t pay me to eat food from here. I ordered my food on a regular Monday afternoon on the way home from Havasu. We waited 25 minutes inside after ordering and our order still wasn’t ready. After 30 minutes, I finally went up and asked for a refund. I got a refund. Never got my food and neither did anyone else. Everyone else waiting for their food was also complaining. Even the people in the drive thru were freaking out.
This place is a joke. Carl’s Jr should be ashamed for letting one of their establishments to be run like this.

Slooooooow service!!! We ordered teriyaki turkey burgers, one with no lettuce. We drove away and the burgers were famous stars, both with no lettuce. And we were charged as if we got the more expensive TURKEY burger. We drove all the way back to be told they are out of turkey and lettuce. Thanks for the heads up Carl’s Jr. Terrible. All in all we have waited for 40 minutes!!! Stay far far away!

Soooo… our order took over 30 mins to get. For 2 hamburgers… this so called shift leader pricilla kept yelling at her employees making everything akward. Every one was upset and complaining the couple ahead of us had been waiting for 40 mins. This place was caos. not cuz it was crowded but cuz of the managment. They are yelling at each other over schedules and while shes taking orders shes calling employess saying your late… very rude and unproffesinal… only ate here cuz of the lack of choices but next time ill drive into town or hme before we ever stop here again
