Atkins Dentistry

I have been going to Dr. John for about 12 years. He is really great. I am what I would describe as a «bad» patient — a ball of nerves — but he is very good at putting even skittish patients like me at ease. I have had my teeth cleaned by both Kristen and Brandy and both are fantastic hygienists. They are very, very careful to avoid causing pain or discomfort which is my primary concern due to receding gums and über-​sensitive teeth as a result. They are also very thorough and will spend the time needed to give you a really good cleaning. Dr. John really is a very kind soul and he genuinely cares about his patients. I hope he will not retire for a LOOOONG time, because when he does, I’m in trouble :(He’s the only dentist I feel comfortable going to. I drive 15 miles to see this guy even though there are plenty of dentists closer to me who it would be a whole lot more convenient to see, but I don’t feel that I’d get the same high level of care.
