I just moved here for a temporary work assignment, my company is providing this place. Its looks more like a motel from the outside, but I was pleased with my furnished apt. The only complaint I have is the fitness center. Everything is old or broken except for the treadmill. There are no dumbells or a decent elliptical. So this was the only disappointment I have about the place.

These apartments seem to be nice for the most part. Plenty of parking and an excellent location. Quick access to the HWY and right around the corner from anything you might need.

Nederland, TX
Nice apartments… a bit pricey. There are a lot of extras that come along with it though i.e. cable, gym, pool, game room… as I notice so far it appeals more to younger people.
