Great home cooked Mexican food. If you are nearby, searching for a great meal, look no further than this little pink building. It’s like being welcomed into Mom’s kitchen for the best Mexican food you can imagine. I had the Con Carne Chili. It was so good, I wanted to lick the plate. Pass by all the big deal restaurants and eat here. You will thank me afterwards.

My favorite place to eat in Nebraska City! The potato and beef gorditas are the best thing since sliced bread. When I was pregnant I ate here at least 17 times. Three tables in the whole restaurant. Great for pick up food. Love the little lady who runs the place single handedly. Trust me, go here. Authentic mexican food!

A hole in the wall GEM. Incredible, delicious Mexican food. Home made, inexpensive, delicious. Try the rajas con crème… worth getting off the highway for!

Great little family run joint! It is small but good! The good things: tacos and tortas! The meat and flavor is good. The beans are great! They need horchata. The salsas weren’t great. The chips weren’t homemade. From what we could see it was a one woman show. Definitely worth a stop!

Tiny and very good. Great chips and salsa. Authentic and tasty food. One star off for lack of beer, since it’s hard to eat Mexican food without beer. :-) Still, a great little place. Go on Wednesday for the awesome charro beans special.

Cute place. I had a lot of fun coming here with my cohorts from the Kimmel Harding Nelson Center for the Arts. However, I found the chile relleno slightly lacking. Am I spoiled having grown up close to Mexico?

Great food — extremely authentic. There’s only room for a few people in this restaurant(perhaps 3 – 4 tables?), but the food is well worth it. The price is cheap and the mexican soap-operas are always on.
