My chicken was tender, tasty, and juicy. The fries were excellent – crispy on the outside, soft and flavorful on the inside. The service was efficient and friendly. I’d have preferred a bit more smoky flavor, but that’s my only complaint. The ambiance was homey and comfortable. Very clean and tidy, as well. I’ll definitely be back whenever I’m in the area!

A friend and I drove from shenandoah iowa to have lunch at lady bug bbq. It was well worth the drive! Delicious beef brisket sandwiches (generous portion) on a buttered roll that was light and fluffy. Great cole slaw.

The food is great and reasonably priced. I had the catfish and LOVED IT! The staff are very friendly and helpful if you are unsure what to order. Seating is limited as it is a pretty small building. But this is hands down the best BBQ in Nebraska City.

The BBQ here is hands down the best in Nebraska City. Not boring like the chain joint in town. Building isn’t great, but the food more than makes up for it.

Ate lunch here yesterday, old DQ don’t let the building scare you, great food, great price. Been back twice not so good I think it was fresh the first time I visited and after that they just kept microwaving the ribs. I am giving it 1 star because the potato salad is awesome, all three times.
