Brown-Daub Volvo of Lehigh Valley

We bought a 2012 S60 T5 from Scott Volvo in Allentown. It was our first Volvo and we were very happy with it. Fast forward to around the end of 2015. We were having sudden major engine failure at only 74k miles. After getting the run around with Scott and having them try to get me to buy a new engine ($ 12k repair), I had it towed to Brown-​Daub instead. Not only did Volvo replace the engine, but I also bought an XC90 from Beth and couldn’t be happier! It’s by far the best car we’ve ever driven. (And we’ve driven many).
Brown-​Daub really helped restore our faith in Volvo and earned a loyal customer. Matt (Sales Manager) and Dawn (Service Manager) worked really hard with Volvo Cars of North America in trying to resolve a major issue and were sympathetic to our situation (unlike Scott). They took a customer who was ready to throw in the towel and walk away from the Volvo brand, and transformed us into a loyal Volvo customer.

There aren’t many places to take your Volvo to for repair, I live near brown daub Volvo, so I used them a few times. My experience with them was not good! Typical dealer looking for things to repair to make money, last visit they left the tire lugs on my car loose, tire could of fell off!

I am so disappointed in this place. You hear horror stories about service centers all the time and I must say this place ranks as terrible. Bottom of the barrel dishonest cocky. All of it! Do not give this place a dime. Went in for an inspection told back breaks failed. Fine. Paid the 80 bucks for inspection, left dealership, had my father put new breaks on car within the hour. He swears they never removed tires and that the breaks were legal no problem. Had to make an appt two days later for sticker. Had to wait two hours with an appt just for sticker. As a kicker they asked for 7 more dollars. Needless to say I and hopefully you also will never frequent this place!
