I called Servpro because we had some minor water damage to our carpet and the padding. Servpro sent someone out the very day I called and even checked in with me during the day to assure me someone would be out. They tested the carpet for wetness and left me with a large fan to continue the drying process. The next step after drying (which took a couple days) was cleaning the water stain. They also included my entire living room/​dining room in the cleaning price and left the fan for another 2 days to ensure complete drying. I got excellent customer service as well as a great carpet cleaning. They even gave me a $ 25 discount for helping the tech out when he had a quick problem with his van. For 3 home visits, the use of the fan for 5 days, and a carpet cleaning, I only paid $ 175 which I felt was incredibly reasonable especially for the fast and personable service. I will definitely call Servpro for future carpet cleaning services.
