Bought a ring for my wife and had another repaired, both the individuals we dealt with could not have been more helpful. The ring was suppose to be engraved, they had called us too early so, when we arrived, they dropped everything and did the engraving. Made the ring fit my wife and, said if either needed adjusting, they would do it at ”no charge” Go there you will not be sorry

My Rolex watch was in very bad shape from a bicycle accident… cracked crystal, dial was askew and it did not keep time — at all. I took it to Tourneau who said that I needed a new crystal, a new dial and a bunch of other stuff with an estimate of at least $ 1,000 and it would take 6 – 8 weeks. I am thrilled to have my watch working again and I am doubly thrilled to have found a watch repair place with honest and professional service that I can trust to do a good job at a very reasonable price.

I purchased my Fiancees engagement ring from Faltom Jewelers while deployed overseas with the military. I searched for a few places who would even entertain the thought of working with me and Faltom Jewelers reached out and gladly took the challenge. I worked with Rui and he was nothing but helpful. We worked for a few months back and forth through email until I was absolutely happy with the ring. All of my questions were answered to my satisfaction and I even changed my mind multiple times until I was 110% satisfied. I made arrangements to get someone to pick up the ring and Rui worked with me the entire way. With the ring I received a diamond certificate and letter of appraisal. Nothing was lacking in the paperwork department whatsoever. A few months after I got home, the ring broke but without any question, Rui took it in, looked at it and repaired it. No questions asked and at no cost to me. The inside of their store is clean and very welcoming. As soon as you walk in, you are greeted by one of the staff members who are nothing less than willing to help you. Rui, his brother Luis and their Father run a business that is well-deserved of praise and success. They will work with anyone who is seeking anything jewelry related. I have sent friends and family down there since my dealings with the store and they too, have provided nothing but positive feedback. Great customer service, superior craftsmanship and excellent product support make this one of the best jewelry stores in the Valley.

Not at all impressed. I brought a bunch of my late grandmother’s jewelery in and asked for assistance in sorting out the worthwhile from the costume. I told the man helping me that his store had been recommended by a few people as being very helpful. He could not have seemed more bored or irritated. I was also very up front with him that I was NOT looking to sell anything, and that the first couple of pieces were sentimental and I would NEVER want to sell them. Nevertheless, he proceeded to tell me that the sentimental ring was«pretty much worthless» and the VERY sentimental necklace(that I stressed I would NEVER sell) would be worth«a little something.» I had a bunch of silver earrings that he picked through quickly(literally, «junk,» «real,» «junk») and, when I did ask what he might advise for selling these, he suggested I try a pawn shop. I had a silver coin proof and asked if he knew where I might take a coin, and he again said pawn shop. The final pieces were 2 sapphire rings, but I wasn’t sure if they were real, lab created, or fake. Neither was he. He «thought» they were gold. While I don’t know how one identifies a real gemstone, I’ve been to jewelers before who could tell after a brief view through their loupe. This guy? No idea. And, again, the recommendation to take them to a pawn shop, when I’d only asked what they were, not having said ANYTHING about selling them. I asked about having the sentimental gemstone ring polished and he said it would cost«$ 30, maybe $ 75 or $ 100, I’m not sure. Do you want to leave it?» and he then started writing up a ticket. I had to tell him that $ 30-$ 100 was a wide range of prices and, without knowing the price, I wasn’t going to leave the ring to be worked on. This is when I found out this was the owner’s son, as he advised I come in tomorrow to talk to his«father, the boss.» And this guy was in his 40s, not a young kid covering while Pop was out. His knowledge of jewelery was minimal, and his attitude was horrible. Maybe I was out of line asking for help with no intention of buying anything, I’m not sure. I am sure, though, that I now definitely have NO intention of EVER buying anything from here, nor recommending them to anyone.
