Special Thoughts Gifts and Catering/PattiCakes Café

I’ve passed this place on Freeport road a million times but have never stopped in, or really understood what the place was about. Recently, I stopped in to get three dozen balloons for my son’s birthday party and decided to order takeout from the café. Was very pleased with their selection of sandwiches, and ended up going with the special (turkey bacon ham panini, garden salad with tuna and lobster bisque). All were very good – especially the lobster bisque, with huge hunks of lobster.
Price was also excellent given the quality of the food. Would definitely stop in again!
Seating was about four tables in a well-​lit area inside the gift shop area (lots of windows) as well as two tables at the front of the shop on the enclosed porch.
