Zero stars! After sitting in the waiting room for 20 minutes listening to the doctor berate her staff endlessly. I took a look around that dump of an office I realized I would be the crazy one to stay. I have never herd a doctor act that way towards another person let alone her employee. I did leave and I pray for the staff and any patients that are treated by this loony vision.

Luna vision in Natrona Heights… This was my second time going. The first time I thought it was just me not reacting to botox… Paid an extra 300 that day because I only purchased 20 units and she said i needed 50??? Purchased groupon a year later and this time, I purchased 40 units still had to pay an extra 150. My reasoning of getting Botox was for my eye it has a twitch… She would not do the twitch area with the 40 units… My eyes are heavy and baggy underneath and the muscle is still twitching… I will never ever go back… I’m so glad I read these reviews because again I still thought it was me not reacting to the Botox. I bought a session of botox on special via groupon. It has been a horrible experience. A horrible, expensive experience. My left eye is normal, but my right eye eyebrow and right side of my forehead is completely paralyzed. My right eyebrow has dropped and is straight across. My face looks completely lopsided. I can’t do anything about it. I know she DID NOT inject the proper botox points. In my opinion, she was sloppy, rushed, and I am not even sure she gave me my purchased amount of units. My better judgement said not to let her do my crows feet which she offered for an extra charge. Thank god I didn’t. She is an ophthalmologist that is cashing in on dermatology services because of the high profit margins. Go check out her office and look at the mess. She doesn’t take any pride in the appearance of her office. I suspect she doesn’t have any initiative to learn the correct process for botox injection. I know there is no way I am the only one. No way! Her technique is so poor. Some one else must have had a similar horrible experience. These comments represent my opinions and my experiences. You need to make your own decisions, but, please head my warning. Now, I am off to try to find someone that may be able to help me fix my appearan
