This place to me is horrible! As soon as you walk in it’s smells like urine. My grandma had to use the restroom and we had to wait 15 min. In between time they said that her nurse was busy and no one else can help her. They said for her to just poop in her pants and then they would just change her later! The bathrooms in the room are so small. There is no way a wheelchair and a other person could fit in there. There was blood on her sheets I had to ask them twice to change and found out the blood was there since the day before!
