Vent Pros

I think Vent Pros is great! They were recommended by Hurn AC. Phillip was our service guy. He actually arrived 5 minutes early for our scheduled maintenance– I was immediately impressed! He was professional and left our house as clean as it was before he arrived. Phillip worked independently and was in/​out in less than an hour. I highly recommend for any vent cleaning services and it was nice to give my $ to a local business.

Vent Pros gets an A+++ in my book. They were on time maybe a little early even! The two guys were very polite and made my 18 month old niece very excited about the work they were going to be doing. They covered furniture in any room that may get dirty from the vents and swept the floor underneath when finished. I would definitely refer my friends or any readers that need to have this work down to Vent Pros!

My association (condo complex) offered a deal for this company to clean vents at our complex so we took advantage of it. We have tenants at the condo so we had to make special arrangements so the cleaning wouldn’t interfere with their day.
We had a 10am appointment and drove 35 miles from our home to our rental condo. Showed up at 9:50 and waited… and waited… and waited. I called Vent Pros office at 10:30 after no one had shown up, and there was no sign of them in the complex. Their office is not open on weekends so I was unable to reach anyone.
We left at 10:40, figuring they were a no-​show. When I wrote to my tenants to tell them Vent Pros didn’t show up so the vents hadn’t been cleaned, my tenants informed me that Vent Pros arrived at 1pm.
Sure, the vents did get cleaned, which is nice. But they were three hours late for the appointment and didn’t call to tell me they’d be late. My tenants had to pay for the service, which is unacceptable.
I highly recommend using someone other than Vent Pros… their name is very deceiving because there is nothing professional about them as far as I can tell. Terrible customer service.
