I ordered a jacket for my son, for Xmas. After ordering online thru Amazon I got a phone call from an employee saying they were sorry but my jacket was out of stock, even after I verified there was one. Needless to say I was very upset. Finally after not making much progress I spoke with ‘Nancy”. She listened to my story and said that she would have a jacket made so my son would receive his Xmas present in time. Thank God there are still a few good people left in customer service. After speaking with the first guy I was unsure. Anyways, just like promised the very next day jacket shipped out and will be under my son’s Xmas tree. Thank you Nancy.

Got my husband a motorcycle jacket here. I can not put into words the awesomeness that is this place. The staff is amazing and extremely knowledgeable. They have items that are cookie cutter and the quality is what it is the prices are better than most places. However, they make custom pieces that are out of this world and the pricing is great. I would highly recommend this store to anyone looking for quality leather at an affordable price.

Yes, I used them as they were convenient and off the 5 freeway. Its not the most welcoming place but then again when I come in off riding my Victory Hardball motorcycle, I probably don’t look so approachable. Will use them again.

I have been riding for 40 years and have found SD Leather Jacket Factory the best place to get custom leathers. If you want the latest style that won’t last long, go to a department store and buy a «biker jacket» for cheap. If you want comfort and safety while riding a motorcycle, go to the best in San Diego! My chaps have lasted 25 years and my jacket is just over 20 years old. Using mink oil once a year, they still look great and are water resistant for the rare San Diego rainstorm.

I think this place has a great selection, and its fun to go in and look. It is also a great subsitute for Harley Davidson accessories that are way over rated. I have bought about 4 items there. I returned one with no problem only because it did not fit. It was no problem on the return. Im sure there is better quality products elsewhere but the selection and price makes up for it.

Just bought a black leather jacket here. Great selection, and even better prices. They basically have something for every budget, from clearance items priced at $ 50 all the way to custom jackets. Even their custom prices are less than the mall. Can’t say enough about this place. Carmen was very patient, bringing out one jacket after another until I found the «one». If you are in the market for leather clothing, boots, and accessories, you can’t do better!

I can’t say enough great things about this place. I brought two ‘one of a kind’ jackets into the store today. There were two things sewed onto each jacket. Not only did they sew them right there as I waited, but it was done professionally and exactly as I asked. They even asked me where to put the patches multiple times so that I could get it just to my liking. They seemed to have a HUGE selection of jackets and leather items. Three other people came in and were treated just as well and got their items sewed on the spot. Great service. I will come back if I need anything extra and I recommend this to anyone!

I just got my husband a great aviator jacket that is made in the U.S.A. It is perfect for his birthday and i am thinking of coming back for Christmas. The quality of the sewing are great and they are so friendly and helpful. I was even able to get something for myself. Their selection was great.

I decided to drive here from Los Angeles, as a result of their web site and the word, «Factory.» I thought the leather jackets they had, were Made In USA. Don’t get me wrong, they had some nice looking jackets. It just wasn’t for me. I got the impression most of their leather goods were put together across the border. In addition, I thought they had a factory going on. But, I didn’t hear any humming. Nor, did I see workers putting the product together. However, I did see a lady in front of the store doing some minor seamstress work; nothing major. I wasn’t disappointed, since I left the place with my cash still in my wallet.
