They said they tried to deliver my pizza but that wasn’t true when I called to see what happen they lied about what the delivery driver did and they said if they sent another pizza out it would be another half hour later after already waiting an hour with hungry kids. She said she would remake the order and didn’t even offer a discount or anything of that sort. In the end I canceled my order and won’t order from their location again.

@dominos had the worst pizza from Store7703 National City, CA. Cold dough! Called spoke to Ginger and told her the pizza was dough. She said: «you ordered a deep dish pizza, I should have ordered a thin crust if that is what wanted. I said even if I ordered the deep-dish pizza, it should not be dough. I requested a replacement pizza. I was put on hold. When said came back she said NO! A $ 30, pizza!!! I request a supervisor or manager. She said both managers(Cameron & Melissa) were unavailable ! Decided to order and pick up pizzas at the Plaza Blvd location last night. I needed to go to the Vallarta supermarket across Euclid Avenue, and this place was very convenient. I ordered online, and the pizzas were ready –as ordered – when I requested them. The quality was fine, just like my usual place on Sweetwater. The price was excellent, only $ 6.99 each for two mediums, including two toppings, choice of crust, etc. Certainly a good deal, and very tasty and fresh. The personnel behind the counter were courteous, despite being very busy. So, my first visit to this take-out-only location was successful. The customer area was a little untidy, but everything else was fine.

Idk why my kids love Pizza Hut? Haha! I’ll post the pic I had to customize the pizza order because my other kid is semi vegetarian and the other one is a carnivore -:) Got a free cheese stx because I signed up online. Big deal lol! Well? when I pick it up I was greeted with a friendly staff & very accommodating! High five CS ! so I’m giving them 3 stars. But I didn’t like the taste of their pizza. Sorry I’m picky. I should have order the pasta for them.

There’s a reason why we as customers pay for delivery. Not to meet at the leasing office but to get our food delivered to the door. It was such a buzzkill to have to walk to the leasing office when my apartment complex is at the farthest distance from the leasing office. «it’s easier for me to meet here than find the building» the delivery driver said. I understand how it is. trust me. i have to find apartment buildings all the time. I usually tip well but i had no problem tipping nothing in this situation. If you can’t go out of your way, why should I?

I would give zero stars if I could. We ordered a pizza for delivery and when it got delivered we paid and just took it in. We go to open it, there’s a huge moth in it. Idk how they don’t check their pizzas before they send it out, but that is disgusting. The moth is inside the cheese and it looks like it was put in the oven also.

I’d love to give negative stars… So I call in on the phone. I think it’s a shame I have to ask for the chicken to be ‘well done’ to get my chicken cooked where it should be. Just about anytime I’ve ordered wings there, they are under cooked. My son picks up my food and pays $ 58.85 for two orders of wings and a pizza… get home and find hair in my food… I am beyond pissed… so I call. I get someone on the phone who tells me to come back with the food… I do and I encounter Tatiana… she is incompetent to put it politely. I ask her to refund my money because the guy on the phone offers me a credit… why would I feel comfortable about eating in an establishment that has hair in the food… so I tell her I want my money. she takes my food, tells me she cannot give me a refund because she isn’t authorized to(even though I call another store and find out that was a lie). She goes in the back to converse with someone then she comes back out and tells me that she won’t give me my money back. So now I have to go through the trouble of contacting the store manager tomorrow and go back to have them refund my money after she gave me such drama… so Pizza Hut does not have to worry about me trippin with them anymore. I make better wings anyway, so instead of being lazy I will cook my own food… hair…ick!!! I threw up immediately afterward… that was just a bad visual… with all those young incompetents in the kitchen, it’s no wonder they have these kind of situations…

Called to order the bacon cheese crust pizza and the girl who answered said they only had one with cheese. When I showed up to pick up my pizza there was a big poster of what I asked to order with the bacon. When we asked why she said they didn’t have that she said“oh yeah we have that” SMH… Not the sharpest tool in the shed.

Recieved a pizza with dough not throroughly cooked. Had it replaced and still the dough was RAW and the driver told the manager that we threw away the first pizza when in fact we returned it with him when we received the replacement as requested! They tried to offer a $ 10 credit when the pizza was $ 16 or have it replaced again?! I never had a problem ordering a super supreme with extra cheese from them or any other pizza hut before. I don’t know what the problem is all of a sudden. No more Pizza Hut for my family! If I could I would give zero stars!

The customer service here is horrible. They messed my order up two times. I called the manger to ask what could be done. She was very short with me an not helpful in any kinda way. She told me I could get a refund, but I would have to drive to the store to get my refund. So I have to waist my time an gas because they can’t get there stuff right. I gave up Never again will I order from this pizza hut.

We order a pizza. Different toppings on each side of the pizza. The 9 $ code deal: onlg9. When it arrived, they completely messed up my order, for the second time! i received a full pizza with pineapple, jalapenos ham everywhere, no sausage, diced tomatoes or mushroom. I called and ask to talk to the manager and she said thats the order they got online and it was not their fault, but she will give us discount for another pizza. I just hang up. Never order from them again! Payed for a pizza that i didnt order. No customer service at all.

I ordered at 11am and the delivery guy got to my work more than an hr later. Heard that the Manager passed out flyers. He should of been prepared for many calls. He has only one delivery guy. I downloaded the app which is cool cuz I hate talking on the phone. I ordered two different times. I had them deliver. They quoted a time that it would be there. Both times they were on the dot if not a couple minutes early. For large orders they call you to confirm it’s not a prank call cuz there are idiots out there that don’t care wasting peoples time or food. Yes they do charge for delivery but less than $ 6. I had emailed a special request to order a heart shaped pizza for Vday and have it delivered to my hubby. The General Manager Amanda got back to me personally and made it happen. The day the pizza was to be delivered a misunderstanding w/the payment happened and she emailed back and said not to worry. That my husband would get the pizza and to not worry about payment. It would be Pizza Hut’s Vday gift to me! How amazing is that?!? I was so thankful that Amanda & Pizza Hut went out of their way to make this Vday great! Thanks again!

No matter what time of day you call you can get your pizza made and ready for pick up when they say. I would never do delivery again because the charge for delivery is crazy when its just down the street and the driver expects a tip. Call me crazy but why do pizza drivers get a tip for delivering pizza? Waitresses get it for giving good service, anyways I digress. Pizza is always great wing wednesday is Lyric’s favorite and if anything they need to bring back 10 dollar carryout pizza with unlimited toppings!

i hardly ever mess with pizza delivery, always choosing takeout instead. but the lakers game was starting soon and i wanted me and my boys wanted some wings. we ordered 44 fiery buffalo orgasmic wings and waited about 40 minutes. when the dude finally came, i quickly paid him, grabbed the food and realized after he left we were 22 wings short. how the fuck do you mess that up. we can’t feed 3 hungry strapping young men with ONLY22 wings, wtf is this. we called them back and they reluctantly sent the same guy over and he said«we added extra sauce to it». EXTRASAUCE?!. that’s the last thing i want on a messed up order. ill do carry out from now on if NEEDED.
