More Styles

I wish there was half a star, this was a really bad experience for both my mother and I.
We used to come here about two years ago and were helped by well trained and competent persons. Betty was fabulous.
We when about two weeks ago, made an appointment and my mother was ready to go all gray she originally had very dark brown hair but over the last few years the gray has taken over so she decided to take the leap and go all gray, he was ready.
I had decide after a bit of deliberating that I was ready for a change too and I wanted highlights in my dark brown hair. I thought a copper would be nice, with my hair being lighten some as well.
We came in at 11:30 were seen right away. My mother told the stylist exactly what she wanted. The stylist said that it would take several applications as her hair was still about 50% dark brown.
After the first hour we asked how much long it should take, (we left my kids with my Dad) we were told 2 hours from that point.
While we waited on my mothers long process my hair was highlighted and as that was going on my stylist began putting on a color on my roots, but not the rest of my hair. I was concerned but as this I s not my forte I didn’t say anything. When she took the foil out and I got a good look at it some highlights were down right blonde. It was like a really bad streak job.
My mothers hair was slowing getting to gray, or so we thought. When all was said and done my mother came out a blonde and I look like a white tiger, uggg.

i love coming here to get my hair done by karla i absolutely love how she does everything my hair grows quickly with her and my highlights i get so many compliments everywhere i go. i also buy the makeup from here karoli i recommend it! way better than any other makeup out there! the nails lady also does a very good job. great prices for great value and great customer service.

Iselen did a wonderful job reviving my curls that I thought were lost. Highly recommend her. Very entertaining stylist, vibrant and lively ladies.

I love this salon! The girls are friendly and they are doing a fantastic work! Gaby is my stylist and I adore her. I go to her with my daughter. Rosie is a great makeup artist. If you need a makeup for a special occasion she is the one you should go to. I recommend this place to everyone who wants quality, great style for a reasonable price! I always get a lot of compliments on my hair.

I’m not sure why this listing is More Styles by Karen because it’s just More Styles with different hair stylists who work there.
The stylist I see at More Styles is Betty. She is professional and her cuts are what I ask for. She knows hair styling and doesn’t do more than I ask. The prices are affordable and in this economy that is important. I can’t vouch for any other sylist at More Styles, but Betty is great at what she does.
On the flip side, there is no ambiance at all. It is not a very relaxing place. If you’re expecting a pampering spa experience, this is not the place for you.

I got the worst hair cut in my whole life. My god. They fked my bangs up. The root job was ok. But my bangs. Just sad! I was desperate to get my hair done. So I fke up on my part by not waiting for my hair dresser to come back from her vaca. Btw the woman who cut my hair was Ana.
