There was only one person in front of me and they had a new employee training. I waited around for 5 minutes and no one acknowledge the fact that I was there then I left and went to El Pollo Loco instead. I had to put one star in order for it to be posted on review

Horrible service! They’re either forgetting something or giving you the wrong order! And when I went back to tell them they gave me the wrong burger, homegirl decides to have an attitude and denied it until she looked at which number I ordered and realized she was wrong.

This place deserves zero freaking stars!!! I SOFINGFEDUP with this piece of crap service. At least now that it came to my kids. I’ve gone here plenty of times because it’s semi close to home 10 minute drive… most of the time they screw my order up I’ve been pretty polite in having them correct it but tonight NOPE I was the crazy lady yelling in the lobby at the night shift manager because he thought it was more«PROFESSIONAL» to be sarcastic about what was needed to be corrected. I get to the window and order and the guy says it back to me a spicy chicken meal and 4 kids happy meals 2 hamburger and 24 piece so when I got to the window I expected it to be that. We’ll they have me wait like 8 minutes finally the night shift guy who charges me 33 cents for a side of flipping pickles(have NEVER been charged here) comes out and hands me my bags only I notice there’s 2 sets of fries and 4 sandwiches I go over how I only ordered one meal and he insists otherwise that ordered two(DUDE I FINGKNOWWHAT I ORDERED!) goes and corrects it hands me my change refund and I leave the drive thru. Get home all my four kids grab their meals and OHWAITONECHILDDOESNTHAVE A MEAL!!! I got 4 freaking chocolate milks and only 3 kids meals???(NOTTOMENTIONMYSONISUPSETTHATTHEOTHERTWOKIDSWHOHAVEMEALSHAVE A TOYEXCEPTHISBAG) I go back tell them. ok yell a little(YEAH I WASPISSED! Meanwhile having to drive all the way back for something they forgot my other children’s meals and mine are at home sitting cold) and the same shift manager comes and TELLSMETHATIMTHEONETHATDIDNTORDER A 4th kids meal and the guy even read it back to me and I said it was correct… UHYEAHHESAIDWHAT I WANTEDAND I DIDNTGETIT! Really dude you seriously think I’m going to magically forget to get my fourth child freaking food!!! Yep It pretty much went downhill from there. After so many times of having my order wrong luckily most of the time catching it before leaving I was FEDUP. These people hardly can be heard through the f****ing monitor and you expect us the customers to triple check shit! ANDYOUBARELYSPEAKENGLISHHALFTHETIMECOMEON!(and no not racist this is from a business stand point, I myself am a Mexican). My attitude wasn’t the best but seriously from experience the best way to hNdle a pissed off customer is to be polite as possible and take it! Instead this guy is blowing sarcastic tone fumes out his asshhole… your lucky I didn’t punch you. Seriously save yourself the stress and gas for Christ’s sake and go to the mcdonalds down plaza. NEVERAGAIN. oh yeah when I told him they wouldn’t be receiving my business he goes«yeah that’s fine WHATEVER.» I hope your ass is fired for that attitude.

Went here last weekend with my family. My uncle ordered a cheeseburger but there was no pattie on it. Next I ordered a fish sandwich and received a quarter pounder. Finally my aunt was short one chicken sandwich. Don’t know how many more mistakes they make with other people but three was enough for me. The girl at the counter was nice and the place was clean for a Saturday during lunch.

Horrible, simply horrible. This McDonald’s has the WORST employees ever! They always forget something, ALWAYS. I have to check my bag every time because its like they don’t pay attention to what they are doing and just add the«checked twice» sticker as a simple routine not because they actually check it. Today they told me they didn’t have ketchup at the drive thru. When I realized they forgot one of my hash browns and went inside, they have me ketchup. I was mad because the person clearly didn’t check. So sloppy. Hate this McDonald’s or the employees for that matter.

There were several people in line and only one open register. They make the drive thru a priority more than the families with kids waiting in line. This is the second time I’ve been here with the same type of service. I had ask that they bring more people up to the register to help with the orders. Come on now. Very disappointing.
